What a week looks like
The same rhythm, then a light last week.
Two live sessions, a Saturday mock with review and short daily practice, so your child always knows what comes next. The last week before Stage 1 is lighter, with no mock. Days and times will be confirmed with the dates.
Two weekday evenings
Live session, about 90 minutes
A teacher takes one part of the syllabus: the idea, worked problems, then questions in the paper’s style.
Saturday
Full mock, then review
A timed paper in the style of past Stage 1 papers, then a review with the teacher: what went wrong, why, and what to practise next.
Most days
Assigned practice
Short drills on the platform, set for that week, with a worked explanation for every answer and a review of mistakes.
Four weeks, planned
Week 1
16–21 Nov
2 live sessions · 1 full mock
Week 2
23–28 Nov
2 live sessions · 1 full mock
Week 3

Sun 13 Dec
Stage 1, 10 am–12 pm
Teacher and platform
A teacher for the thinking. The platform for the practice.
The bootcamp is planned as the first course from Compete, our teacher-led track. It would run on the ProofNPixel AI practice platform: the teacher explaining and giving feedback, and the platform holding the daily practice.
The teacher
- Will explain each idea and the methods that work under time
- Will work through problems live, with the group
- Will review every Saturday mock: the mistakes and the reasoning behind them
- Will set the next week’s practice
The platform
- Drills on all 25 Olympiad topics at Trail, Ridge and Peak
- Timed mini and full mock papers
- A worked explanation for every answer
- A mistakes review that brings back what went wrong
- A dashboard and progress page to open together: tiers cleared, units completed, recent unit-test and mock scores, XP and streaks
- 1Learn in the live session
- 2Practise most days
- 3Sit the Saturday mock
- 4Review it with the teacher
Then the next week’s session picks up from the review.
Who it’s for
Planned for this year’s Stage 1.
The bootcamp is for students sitting Stage 1 on 13 December. If that isn’t your child this year, there’s a better place to start.
It’s for
- Students in Classes 9–12 sitting Stage 1 on 13 December
- Students who work better with a teacher and a fixed weekly rhythm
- Students already practising on their own who want their mocks reviewed by a teacher
It isn’t for
- Classes 8 and below. INAIO starts in Class 9, so they aren’t eligible this season. Start early in Classes 7 and 8.
- Students who prefer to practise alone. The self-paced Stage 1 plan starts today.
- Students entering at Stage 2 directly. The winter bootcamp below is the one for them.
- Anyone looking for a promised result. We don’t promise scores or results.
After Stage 1 · planned
A Stage 2 winter bootcamp for students who go through.
Stage 2 is on 24 January 2027. It adds long-form questions and hands-on modelling in a notebook with a dataset, and allows an AI assistant in some sections. The winter bootcamp, planned from late December to 23 January, would practise exactly that.
Hands-on modelling
Building and testing models in notebooks on real datasets, with Python that runs in the browser.
Timed practicals
Notebook tasks against the clock, as in the real test.
Long-form answers
Written reasoning, with feedback from the teacher.
Using an AI assistant well
Stage 2 allows one in some sections. Using it well for data work and code is a skill too.
Who it’s for: students who go through Stage 1, and students who enter at Stage 2 directly, such as INOI medallists and INMO qualifiers (the full list is on inaio.in (opens in a new tab)). The bootcamp waitlist hears about both.
